Delivery & Ordering

1. All pries are quoted in Malaysian Dollars and U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.

2. Transaction currency will be in U.S. Dollars for payment via MasterCard, Visa Card or Discovery Card; and in Malaysian Dollars for payment via cash or cheque.

3. Prices quoted are not applicable for festive and special occasions (example, Valentine's Day & Mothers' Day) unless stipulated for that particular occasion.

4. Orders can only be confirmed and executed with full payment according to the actual value placed for the order. No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery.

5. Please provide all required details asked for in our order form, so as to avoid unnecessary delay. You also need to give us your personal greeting or message for the enclosed card.

6. Filling out of the order form does not mean an order has been accepted. We will send confirmation via email or telephone for all orders requested. Kindly re-submit order(s) if confirmation is not received.

7. Should a particular flower or merchandise be out of stock, Sunflower reserves the right to replace it with another of an equivalent or higher value. Sunflower will inform the customer of the change accordingly.

8. Sunflower will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers in the following circumstances :-

   1. The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given & there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient

   2. The address is incorrect.

   3. Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.

   4. Refusal from the recipient (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made)

   5. During peak festivals such as Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year where high demand for delivery is expected

   6. Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control

9. Sunflower will make attempts to notify both the sender and the recipient should the recipient is not present to receive the purchases. Should we fail, we will leave a note which will propose a next delivery date and time to both the customer and the recipient. (should this occur, a fee of 20% of the total purchase cost will be incurred)

10. All particulars and information given to us are strictly confidential.

Coverage Area

1. We offer free delivery to all major towns in Malaysia for Fresh Flower and Fruits Baskets only. All other items in the online store, for example, baby items, there will be a note in the description whether delivery is available for outstation delivery. These items will be sent to the recipient via national courier, therefore there will be an ADDITIONAL delivery charge and please allow 5 days for outstation delivery.

2. Any fresh flowers included in the baby gifts will be substituted instead with an item of equivalent or higher value.

3. The FREE Delivery Zones & additional charges for all areas are stated as per below: (applicable to fresh flower and fruits baskets only)

Change/Cancellation of order

• You can at anytime change your delivery address or your recipient's info before the date of delivery.

• Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24hrs) in advance before the actual delivery date or a 50% of the selling price will be charged.

1. We accept major Credit Cards - Visa & Mastercards.

2. You can pay by cash at our office
3. Alternatively you can make online payment or bank in to our bank account. Call us at : 03-7956 1686 to speak to our customer service & we will provide with our bank details. Your order details & prove of payment must be faxed or emailed over for this mode of payment.
