How do I order from sunflowergifts.com.my?

Simple...You just browse through our product and choose a gift and order by :

1. Ordering through our online order form, or
2. Printing out our Fax order form, filling it and fax it to us at 03-7954 6686

How do I pay?

1. We accept payment Visa or Master card from all major banks.
2. You can pay by cash at our office.
3. Alternatively you can make online payment or bank in to our bank account. Call us at : 03-7956 1686 to speak to our customer service & we will provide with our bank details. Your order details & prove of payment must be faxed or emailed over for this mode of payment.

Where can I sent my gifts to?

Depending on the nature of your desired gift, delivery locations vary.

1. Flowers, cakes and fruits can delivered throughout Malaysia by our appointed agent.
2. Gifts and hampers can be delivered throughout Malaysia with an additional charge.
3. Certain gifts items are not available for outstation delivery or to Sabah & Sarawak - IT IS STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION

What are the outstation delivery charges?

For gifts items & hampers only :

1. To towns in other States in Peninsular Malaysia - additional RM70.00
2. Sabah & Sarawak - additional RM120.00
3. All delivery outside Selangor will be arranged by our appointed National Courier Service.

Can my gifts be delivered immediately on the same day of order?

Yes, below is our delivery schedule on the time of order and estimated delivery time :

After, submitting your order online, contact us at 03-7956 1686  and by quoting your order number to inform us of your urgent delivery and we will do our utmost best to accommodate your delivery time. In all cases, we will try to fulfill your requested delivery time within a reasonable period.

For outstation delivery of gifts, please allow 5 days for delivery.

Are the prices fixed throughout the year?

Yes, except during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and certain holidays whereby prices of flowers are subject to market price fluctuations. We wil advise on the new revised price accordingly.
